Julie Keys

Broker - Director of Property Management

Julie oversees operations related to all aspects of property management.

She began her career in real estate as Project Manager of Neighborhood Development for the City of Atlanta. In this role, she developed real estate projects in underserved communities. While working for the city, Julie reported to the Mayor of the time, Honorable Shirley Franklin.

In her time serving the City, Julie received many accolades for her work in the affordable housing market providing quality construction and exceptional asset management.

 In 2006, Julie launched her first Real Estate and Property Management company in the Atlanta suburb, Roswell, GA. In 2013 she returned home to the Bay Area and brokered her second company focused solely on property management.

Her ability to problem solve and please her owner clients and residents is unparallel. This tenacity, ability to multi-task, and eagerness to learn is what makes Julie the successful professional you want to work with.

Jason Pugao

President - New Business Development

Jason is a prized member of the team. He started his career in property management in 2004 and in 2011 transitioned into real estate sales. He excelled in his career and was in the top 1% of East Bay Realtors.

As part of our team, Jason has a knack for working with all types of clients. Whether you are a first-time home buyer or a seasoned real estate investor, he can help. With his innovative marketing skills and strong personal network, Jason is the person you want on your side.

Property Preservation Specialist

Belvedin is the contractor every property manager wants on their team. As a licensed California General Contractor, Belvedin specializes in preserving the integrity of the unique properties we manage.

We trust him to do the quality work our clients expect. You can find him performing maintenance services, capital improvements, and remodeling with us. He has the skills to do it all.

Belvedin has extensive experience. Having worked in the construction industry since his teenage years, he has built homes from the ground up and done extensive remodels.

As an integral part of the Specialized team, we trust him to respond to our tenant's maintenance requests quickly and within budget.

His natural friendly demeanor and people skills make him a pleasure to work with and our residents welcome him into their homes.

Deena Kennedy

Administrative Assistant

Deena has an extensive background in project management, operations, and contract negotiation. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work with some of the top Fortune 500 companies securing assets.

A few years ago, Deena decided to step away from the corporate world to focus on her family. Her desire to work with people, and connect with the community is what led her to a career in real estate and to our team.

Deena is successful in her role due to her high levels of empathy and understanding. She has the ability to listen to customers and colleagues, understand their needs, and provide solutions.

If you hear from Deena, don't be surprised. She is often the glue that holds our team together. She is also equipped to handle and resolve most situations that may arise in property management.

Marissa Gancos

Property Management Assistant (East Bay)

Marissa's passion for real estate and her work ethic are immeasurable.

With strong attention to detail, negotiation, and exceptional customer service skills, Marissa expertly handles real estate and property management transactions.

In addition to assisting with transactions, Marissa helps our team run many other parts of the business. This includes finding tenants for our vacant properties, assisting with maintenance requests and providing administrative support in the office. With a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA and Master of Arts from California State University Northridge, Marissa comes to us with many skills.

Having grown up in the Tri-Valley area, Livermore, Marissa also knows the uniqueness of the Bay Area. From the many family-friendly and diverse communities to the international hub of San Francisco, it is a unique place to work and call home.
